Align boring
Bring the bores back in line.
Bring bores that have moved out of alignment back onto a common axis.
Alignment matters across the joint
Multiple bores can each appear round yet fail to align with one another. Align boring addresses their relationship along a common axis so a pin or mating assembly can fit through the joint as intended.
Evaluate the complete assembly
Lovin Line Boring assesses the bores, available material and surrounding components before selecting a repair approach. Depending on the wear, the work may include bore build-up, machining and replacement pins or bushings.
Information that helps define the job
Include photos showing all related lugs, the pin or shaft, and the wider assembly. Describe binding, uneven wear or difficulty fitting the pin. Mobile service is available statewide from the Plant City shop; access and setup are discussed for each machine.
